龚澍潇，湖南长沙人。毕业于美国堪萨斯大学，获语言学博士学位。现为北京语言大学语言科学与资源学院讲师，硕士研究生导师。研究方向为音系学与汉语语言学，包括汉语中音系规律的理论分析、习得过程、以及计算建模等课题。
